Skiing Down the Ridge

Here we are, skiing along the ridge of the summit of the mountain. Keith, Mike and Preston ski past me.

Skiing at Snowbasin

Unfortunately, during Robert's Sundance Film Festival, it can be a hassle going up to Park City and being constantly asked for autographs - both the hoards of Zenflower fans who attend those kind of events and by the paparazzi who always seem to mistake you for someone like Leonardo DiCaprio or Matt Damon. Because of this, we chose to ski at Snowbasin, where the locals recognize us and treat us like regular, down-to-earth guys.

A self portrait from the summit! Yes folks, thats Ogden and the Great Salt Lake behind me.

Sweet Tricks

Preston landing an awesome jump (picture taken .027 seconds too late).
Keith lifting off for an incredible grab (picture taken .027 seconds too early).
Yard Sale! These are the kind of guys we used to heckle from the safety of the chairlift before we had enclosed gondolas. While comfortable to ride in, they really have taken the fun out of skiing.

He Must Get It From His Mom

Josh let Emily have his Build-A-Bear outfit at Thanksgiving last year. It fits Jude perfectly now and is the only hand-me-down from Emily that I feel comfortable letting him wear. Now, he just needs a Harley, a comb and some Crisco. We love you Jude, oh, yes we do! We love you Jude, and we'll be true. When you're not near us, we're blue. Oh, Jude, we love you!

Three Kings Day!

Mexico is known for taking advantage of any opportunity to have a holiday. Some of my favorites include 5 de Mayo, Construction Worker Day and El Dia de Guadalupe. Here we are celebrating Three Kings Day, or as I call it, Wizard King Day. For all of those presents that somehow didnt make it into the mail ontime, or for those who like take advantage of those day-after-christmas sales for our gift purchases, this holiday is for you. It also is nice to look forward to during your January 2nd back to work blues. One of the most notable activities on this day is the cutting of the rosca, a circular bread which has baby Jesus figurines baked inside. Whoever cuts the piece with the baby in it is responsible to host another party a month later and serve tomales and...... Voila! Just like that ANOTHER festive day is created! Incredible!
Here's a wet one - just for you.

YUM!!

Playing with Christmas Presents

Jessica came into Emily's room and found Emily all ready to change one of her baby's diapers. She had the changing pad and the diaper out and was ready to go.
Here she is taking her baby for a stroll in her new stroller.
Jude loves his new high chair! He love lunch even more!
